The Exante Diet raspberry and blueberry pancakes are a satisfying and fruity way to start the day on your VLCD diet. Whether you love your pancakes in the morning, afternoon or evening, these high protein meals make dieting a piece of pan... cake! 

Instructions:

Empty the packet into a bowl, slowly adding 100ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolved. Let stand for 1-3 mins. Put a non-stick pan on to heat and coat with 1kcal oil spray. Pour the mix (or just half, if you want 2 pancakes) into the hot pan and cook it over a fast heat on both sides for around 1 minute. Consume within 10mins of cooking. It's important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily!
